No era la intención de comunicárselo.En ese correo, yo sugerí incluso mecanismos y afirmaba que mis padres no estaban de acuerdo.
Cuando digo no están de acuerdo…
Person1Está de acuerdo.
Person2:¡Verga!
Pero puedo comprobar que no… ¡I can prove it beyond reasonable doubt!
Person1:¿Me la puedes mostar?
Person2:Es que no la tengo acá.

¿Me la traes mañana?

shit!

Verga is not vulgar in Venezuela as it is in Mexico. In Mexico it means "dick" or "penis.

Generally, it could be used in uexpected unkind situations.

what the hell!

The word "verga" is widely used in informal situations by the male persons. You don't normally hear it as a word coming out of a female person. Its use has a similarity with the Mexican uses of the word. If in doubt check Wordreference forums. There are plenty examples on that word. Its use is very versatile and it can cover great many things, so traducing it is quite difficult if you are not well acquainted with its Venezuelan use. For the given context it approximately means "what the hell".

Aside from technical you shouldn't use verga in formal situations, since is considered peyorative for some people depending on your location.

As a Venezuelan citizen, I can tell you that the word verga its widely used by us but in an informal (and quite often an ofensive) way. It can connotate several things:
An object or replacement for a word that you dont remember: Agarrame esa verga que está allí
As an exclamation of rage: you hit yourself with the door, then yell VERGA!
But remember, NEVER EVER in a formal context or you'll be considered an offensive person.

Don't forget Qué difícil es hablar el español: as in Venezuela it's informal but not that bad, in Argentina verga is without doubt the most vulgar way of naming a penis (I think it's the equivalent of dick in English). – mgarciaisaia Feb 24 at 21:35

I have some Venezuelan friends and all the time the say verga this, verga that. At the beginning was a little bit offensive because in Peru the word verga is penis and it is used as a peyorative way. Almost never heard! It's equivalent in Peru like Mierda (shit) or Chucha (shit/oh fuck man/oh no/ damn) (peruvian coloquial word to represent vagina) – Maximus Decimus May 26 at 13:12

********In Venezuela the word "verga" means a lot of diferent things.************** Yes, it is the part of the male body that is used to multiply and go #1, but it also means ... damn, shit, drunk, cool, exclamation, it's good, i love you, small, almost, wow, ... it's such an expresive word. And it rolls so smoothly when you say it depending on the meaning. Well, here is a little clip that explains the meaning Venezuelan style. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=udSVG0EjJrw

Thank you so much Wendy.
Saludos :)
