I'm suggesting this because in the sentence Florin quotes I detect a sense that the "he" who goes to fixarbänken does this a lot, and "gör om allt", because he sees himself as a Mr Fix-it, in a way that undermines the competence of the person who had "gjort det" before he "gjorde om det".
