OK, w takim razie: lekarz ginekolog-położnik.
agree George BuLah (X) : ginekolog położnik i cacy (mam w rodzinie); tak uważam, bo ten "M.D." z kontekstu może być, np. okulistą :) || Na wojnie nie miałby wyjścia, trzeba widzieć, co się rodzi ;)

Podejrzewam, że okulista niekoniecznie chciałby uczestniczyc w porodzie. :-)
