Quota credit is provisionally earned on the last day of the month booking occurs. Participant will receive quota credit for the Commissionable Amount, in the month all requirements of booking acceptance are satisfied.

Quota is credited only for Qualifying Sales. A Qualifying Sale is a sale, accepted by Company in accordance with its applicable policies and procedures, of any product or service listed on Company’ current published Price List or on an internal commissionable price list. Company reserves the right to establish the terms and conditions of any order prior to acceptance, and all orders and contracts submitted by a Participant are subject to final acceptance or rejection by Company.
