Once the tree structure is created, right click on a grouped column’s row item to Set the Grouping Level and to establish the default tree structure for each time you open or print a report.

Change to another preset style or custom published style by going to the Presentation dropdown menu and selecting Styles.
Toggle back and forth from the Excel *Spreadsheet Look* to a clean Report Look.
