Interestingly, Javier Becerra (1999) mentions none of these idiomatic expressions in his definition of "afectación fiduciaria o en fideicomiso", which he provides only as "transfer of trust property, transfer of property to a trustee, transfer creating an interest in a beneficiary of a trust, transfer creating a beneficial interest". Can't be sure if he's making some kind of distinction here or if it's an oversight on his part.
