Apps are often a better user experience vs. mobile web. This is good for Apple  –  it ’ s an approved first-party experience

Explanation from client:
A first-party experience is one that the brand owns. It's the equivalent of telling your own story, vs. someone else talking about you. "Approved" simply refers to the fact that apps need to be approved by Apple before they can be sold in the App Store.
