anglais term

body sealing fusion wire

anglais vers français Droit / Brevets Ingénierie (général) fusible completion plug (pipeline)
A completion plug that has a body sealing fusion wire is lowered through the valve and positioned within the neck of the fitting so that equipment may be reclaimed.

The body sealing fusion wire receives an electxic current effective for fusing the plug body to an interior surface of the fïtting.

Located toward the lower end of completion plug is a circumferential fusible élément. In a preferred embodiment, fusible élément is a wire coil in communication with a set of fusion terminals.

Fusion wires connect fusion terminais 52 with fusible élément. Fusion terminais 52 are, in turn, connected to a power supply (not shown).

Fusible élément 88 is embedded with an electric résistive élément such as a fusion wire and provides a permanent seal or fusion zone 90 between a fused circumferential portion of the internai port surface 82 of pressure relief balancmg port 80 and an opposing fused portion of the external surface 86 of pressure equalization valve.

"The pressure equalization valve also includes a fusible element for fusing the valve within the port, thereby preventing a leak path through the plug body"

fil fusible de scellement d'obturateur

"completion plug" c'est un obturateur de pipeline
http://www.linestop.com/Completion-Plug-Assemblies.php
