The difference between the atelier and the négoce is that the meaning of atelier is more oriented on the fabrication (workshop) while the négoce is more of a place of commerce and bargain (négocier). Plus négoce feels a bit outdated. However for a marketing text this might be a stylistic choice. As it is I have no idea of the level of the author's writing skills.

: "Place of" is not necessary, and "business" also includes office, the first item on the list. I wonder if "négoce" implies a place visited by large numbers of strangers, such as a shop or restaurant.
