The following pseudo code is one example of a séries of steps that the UE may implement when the VoIMS flag is set in a positive way.
IF UE is Voice - CS preferred
THEN IF INVITE SDP with CS offer THEN IF UE is data centric
THEN Send SIP response e.g. 183 SDP Answer with CS ELSE IF UE is voice centric
THEN Send SIP response e.g. 183 SDP Answer with CS ELSE IF INVITE SDP no CS offer.
IF UE is Voice - CS preferred
THEN IF INVITE SDP with CS offer THEN IF UE is data centric
THEN Send SIP response e.g. 183 SDP Answer with CS ELSE IF UE is voice centric
