Spanish term
CARTERA COLECTIVA ABIERTA “SUPERIOR”
Spanish to English
Bus/Financial
Real Estate
Contract
From a document granting power of attorney. I know that there's such a thing as a collective portfolio, but I'm not sure of the other two adjectives, or whether the one in inverted commas is the name of it rather than a description of type.
Thanks
...' Inversión Fiduciaria xxx4567 de la CARTERA COLECTIVA ABIERTA “SUPERIOR”, de la Fiduciaria Davivienda'
There is more context but it's a very long sentence with numerous clauses which I don't think have a lot bearing on this term.

Fair enough, but for glossary building purposes, and I quote from the site rules: "Question marks, quote marks, unnecessary capitalization and anything else that would not be found in a dictionary, should not be entered".

Note from asker:
Thanks for the explanation. Re the caps, I simply copied and pasted it from the original and that was how it appeared. I suppose I could have changed it but I think that in some cases it might give some bias to the understanding of the phrase. |
