The idea is: if you like inviting / are someone who invites (a lot of) people to your home, you'll find this model very handy.
I think this might be a more 'marketing' way of expressing it.

Note that the use of 'home' entertainers is really only to avoid writing 'entertainers' on its own, which would initially be read with the sense of 'gens de spectacle' etc. One might equally imagine that one also 'entertains' in a restaurant or other commercial situation, but I don't think the word would really have been used in that context.
Hence there is no real need IMHO to specifically render 'home' — one might of course say 'ceux qui aiment recevoir chez eux', but it's already a lot less slick and sleek.
I think this might be a more 'marketing' way of expressing it.
