drawing intelligence = absolutely NOTHING to with any kind of graphic art, it's about collecting / pulling all sort of data that have be analysed to help recognise potential attempts at hacking into the system.
drawing: taking/collecting for own use (similar to "drawing" money from a bank account, NOT drawing on a piece of paper!)
intelligence: all sort of data that has been analysed to recognise patterns of attack

until more context is given, that's the best shot // one way or another the "intelligence" here is for sure about collecting/analysing data, only question is what kind of data?

you would expect after that something along the lines of
"as well as drawing intelligence from ...???"
What is this "feature" - some security application?
It is definitely "intelligence" in the sense of "collecting and analysing data", but if "drawing intelligence" is just a standalone term, then it would be something more specific than "intelligence on all kind of threats".
