English to French Other Government / Politics claims and awards

For claims filed by Country A on behalf of named individuals, the Commission awards the following amounts:

21. US$xxxxx for Mr X and Mr Y, for failure to **provide humane and safe treatment** in transport from Country B, lack of access to bank accounts, and unlawful deprivation of property;
22. US$xxxx for Mr. RF, for the unlawful deprivation of property;
23. US$xxxx for Mr. HG, for lack of access to bank accounts and unlawful deprivation of property; and
