Pues no me queda muy claro con esas definiciones Por lo que pones, parece que el Service Provider no tiene stock, sino que compra a otro u otros y vende luego, bien al cliente, bien al consumidor final (o como quieras llamarlo). Puedes usar proveedor, prestador del servicio, cliente y consumidor final.

Entonces, por orden, tenemos al Supplier (Suministrador¿?¿? por aquello de no volver a usar Proveedor porque ya lo uso en "proveedor de servicios"; este le vende al Service Provider (proveedor de servicios), que a su vez le vende al "customer" (cliente final).

Por otro lado, el Client a veces también es el Customer X( , es decir el Cliente (del contrato) a veces es el Cliente Final. Creo que de este modo queda bastante claro, ¿no os parece?

Aclaración - Más contexto En el documento se habla de Service Provider, Client y Customer.

"Service Provider is in the business of providing product procurement, purchasing, logistics and sales services to national and international Clients.

The Client now wishes, with effect from the Commencement Date, to engage the Service Provider for the purpose of providing some or all of the services as set out below subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement."

Y en la sección de definiciones:

Buyer:
means, in the case of Deal Type A, the Client and in the case of Deal Type B, the Customer.
Customer:
means the party to whom the Service Provider shall sell the Stock.
Supplier: means the party from whom the Service Provider shall purchase the Stock.
