Operating the AMKCO Vibra Screen Separator:

The operator needs to periodically inspect the following items:

Feed and products are flowing freely and are not obstructed in any way.

Screen tensioning jam nuts are tight and screen tension is drum tight.

Screen cloths are not blinded.
Material lodged in the openings of the mesh i.e. fibrous particles, hair - pinned on wire, slime or accretion on wire which reduce the effective screening area.
