Russian term

полноценная работа «на проекте»

Any suggestions? A literal version doesn't sound particularly inspiring.

@ (or 'To:') mrrafe Sorry, BUT... In my professional life I've worked with the managers who wanted to receive 'value-for-money' and those who were ready to pay 'money-for-value'. I prefer to collaborate with the latter.

З.Ы. Приведенную Вами ссылку посмотрел/ознакомился с содержимым (то бишь 'контентом'). :)

To: ASKER Have you ever managed a 'team of true professionals' to make YOUR project 'a success'? (I've BEEN MANAGED in such a way not for once.)

P.S. I haven't, and (based on my professional experience) will never try...

Проект can mean a (theatrical) show, so there may be some connotation here involving "show time" or "a real trouper" or "the show must go on," but I can't think of any good EN translation to convey that.

total dedication to the mission

Or whatever. The more inspiring the terminology, the farther it gets from the origina;.

Note from asker:
Thank you. I quite like this. The fact that «на проекте» is between quotes suggests that it should be rendered as something that sounds a little bit catchy
Peer comment(s):

neutral Oleg Lozinskiy : Is there any notional difference between 'full-fledged team work on the project' (for interested freelancers/contractors) vs. 'total dedication to the mission' (for salaried staff)???||Sorry, imho, there IS a DIFFERENCE which IS 'гиперзначимая'...

No, and your translation is closer to the original. But apparently the Asker is looking for something more "hyper."
agree Lazyt3ch : I believe it sounds better than any literal translation.

full-value/full-fledged team work on the project

Depending on what these 'манагеры' want - the most effective outcome or saving their costs. As a saying goes: 'if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys'. :-)

a complete commitment to company vision

проект can be the overall conception of the organization's goals - its vision of itself, its goals, its business model, etc.
