Does anyone know what ETN stands for here?

I think this is one of those acronyms where it is impossible to be certain. The only acronym identified was by Alison but I didn't think that fitted (but thanks for the suggestion). I do think entretien is most likely because of its connection with maintenance and also the other job categories cited are very general (quality assurance etc). So I've gone with entretien (servicing) with a translator's note.

I don't think the link I posted is working... but google the link and you will see a reference to "entretien et maintenance" in the specific context of dry ice as a cleaning agent.

If it wanted to infer something more specific it would surely say "ET". The way the text is worded is suggesting that the "responsables" of "maintenance" are of the same ilk as those of "entretien"

Thanks to all for your input. it now occurs to me that 'maintenance et entretien' are often used together as 'maintenance and servicing', so perhaps entretien is right
