Clubs hall mean the various fixed, floating and points clubs controlled and operated by the Developer, and any other shared ownership clubs added to this Deed by a duly enacted supplement to this Deed.

No form of Purchase Agreement or other form of private contract whereby the Developer or his duly authorised representative sells or offers to sell Occupancy Rights or Points Rights (as the case may be) may be used other than in the form agreed without the express written approval of the Trustee which will not be unreasonably withheld.
