Spanish translation of template contract between athlete and agent
This text is from a Spanish translation of a template contract between an agent and a professional athlete. It is part of a clause that essentially says that a Spanish translation has been prepared to facilitate the client's understanding, but that only the English version will have legal force. (For confidentiality reasons, I do not want to post the remainder of the text of the clause.)
Original English text (the entirety of which did not fit into the "term" window - sorry):
The present Agreement has been translated from English to Spanish by a certified translator.
My rendering:
Se ha traducido el presente Acuerdo de inglés a español por un traductor certificado.

Is this translation acceptable? I want to mirror the English as closely as possible here?
Any recommendations welcome. I am looking for feedback here mainly from professional translators native in Spanish and specializing in legal material.

En Colombia se utiliza "traductor oficial", mientras que en España la denominación es "traductor jurado". No sé qué nombre le dan en otros países de Latinoamérica.
Por otra parte, personalmente, creo que "contrato" sería una mejor opción que "acuerdo".

Note from asker:
Cierto. Gracias. Lo de "Acuerdo" fue mi error. Debe ser, y es, "Contrato." |

Este Contrato fue/ha sido traducido del inglés al español por un traductor matriculado.
Traductor matriculado es un término utilizado en español también. En argentina lo usamos más.

Espero que sea de inspiración, por lo menos. :-)
A copy of this Agreement, translated from English to Spanish by a certified translator, has been provided to Player and is being executed simultaneously herewith. Player acknowledges that the translation is being provided solely as a reference in order to facilitate Player’s complete understanding of the terms hereof and that he has had ample opportunity to review both the English-language version and the Spanish-language translation prior to executing this Agreement.
Me parece bien usar más de dos oraciones en español para traducir las dos oraciones correspondientes en inglés. Pero también quiero poner las cosas claras y evitar lla redundancia. El inglés no está especialmente bien redactado, y eso no ayuda.
Pues, "Del presente acuerdo se dispone de una traducción certificada que se ha entregado a...." ¿Podría ser?
Algo por el estilo. O "se ha realizado una traducción etc.". O sea, poner la primera parte en voz activa.
