Albanian term

raportuar pistoleten

Albanian to English Law/Patents Law (general) crime
I don't understand "raportoj" in this context.
>>Vozitesi e kishte raportuar pistoleten dhe ia kishte drejtuar viktimës...

Macedonian? Use of Albanian is often influenced by other languages, depending on where the speakers originate from. If you run the contents of this page: http://www.makedonski.info/trans/al/repetoj in google translate, there is a reference to a military term at the bottom, but obviously not translated correctly into English.

Another example that supports Sherefedin's entry is found here: http://www.forumishqiptar.com/threads/108865-Kosova-Lindore-... - "Atëherë mu dhe djalin tim, na nxorrën në oborr dhe filluan të na malltretojn. Na thoshin se na kanë nxerur për të na pushkatuar, repetuan pistoletat, i drejtuan automatët në drejtimin tonë."

I could not find a clear definition or translation of the word, but hopefully the examples above help provide some evidence rather than guesses.

Repetuar! In the declaration of another witness, the word is "repetuar": "Personi me pistolete e ka repetuar pistoletën." Makes more sense, I think.

bolt

I think in this case this has nothing to do with report or register or declare a gun as suggested. In my opinion the verb "raportuar" is an incorrect replacement of the verb "repetuar" which stands for "bolt" or charge a gun as referred here https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bolt_(firearms)

neutral MSc Jonis Buzi : Pulling out a gun and bolting it make a big difference when rendering a decision on whether or not the defendent is guilty of a particular offence or when determining the gravity of his offence hence the punishment.

What does "raportuar" in this context mean in your opinion? "Pull out" perhaps? If so, how do you explain the presence of the word "raportuar" in the statement? # have a look at askers discussion entry.

"reported"or probably "registered" or "declared" - drawn his gun

the word for word is "reported"or probably "registered" or "declared" but according to the rest of the sentence "drawn" has more sense - i.e. the driver had drawn his gun and had pointed it to the victim... cheers!
