Spanish term

deberá estarse a diverso proveído

Spanish to English Law/Patents Government / Politics LEGAL- derecho romano a common law
Frase en auto Mexicano: "A lo que se solicita a la ocursante deberá estarse a diverso proveído de esta misma fecha".

Mi problema es la interpretación, dado que no tengo claro qué es lo que da a entender en español siquiera.

With respect to the request made by the petitioner, serve to inform her to acquiesce with the procedural decision dated ?

neutral Robert Carter : Post-grading comment: A "proveído" is not an agreement, it's a ruling or decision.

and 'diverso'
It is a Mexico-specific term (diverso), it just means "another".http://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish_to_english/law_general/402...

shall be governed by a separate ruling

"The request made to the petitioner/moving party shall be governed by a separate [procedural] ruling issued on today's date."

I presume the other order was a ruling on procedure, but you'll know best with the context, otherwise just use court order/ruling/decision.
