English term

ragweed

English to Spanish Science Botany wild plants and weeds
In this context, the appearance of ragweed is used to signify the end of summer. I don't want a Latin name, only what it's most commonly called.

ambrosia

It is very common where I live. It is used to signal the end of summer is near. It is also used as a time for harvesting certain crops.
