Accounting Reports

Producer shall prepare and deliver detailed accounting and financial reports, including but not limited to: detailed records with respect to applicable local, state and federal withholding tax requirements (with which Producer hereby agrees to comply), including, without limitation, copies of all time cards; (g) all documentation required to administer residuals, including without limitation, all guild agreements (if applicable), payroll records, cast and crew lists and final episode credits.
