Um eine effektive Drucksenkung zu erzielen und den Erhalt der Augengesundheit zu gewährleisten, kann bei unzureichendem Ansprechen auf die konservative Therapie eine transsklerale Zyklophotokoaguation durchgeführt werden.
Die TLCK ist die chirurgische Therapie der Wahl zur Senkung der Kammerwasserproduktion.
Would anyone tell me what TLCK stands for? Does the author mean Trabeculectomy by any chance? That operation is also performed to reduce the intraocular pressure.
