Hi all, here is some context
It was reported that a machine had CAN communication errors
Depending on the positioning of the harness under the ECU the P-clamp can come contact with the breakout for the CAN resistor.
If this issue is found reposition the harness so the P-clamp cannot come in contact with the insulation on the wires of the breakout.
Merci d'avance

"harness under the ECU" = faisceau - certainement pas de boîtes de dérivation dans les voitures ou les tracteurs.

: I don't know if you are possibly confusing the concept of 'breakout' with the notion of 'breaking' a circuit etc.?

Discussion
The EN is poor, which means the explanation may not be quite accurate; in particualr, while a P-clip would normally be used to hold a wiring harness, here it says that it must not come into contact with the insulation of the wires in the wiring harness; one might infer therefore that the P-clip is in fact holding soemthing else instead. I'm sure you wider context or any drawings may make the overall situation clearer, but in any event, I think the fundamental issue in the translation question is clear enough.
