English to Spanish Other Human Resources

I'm translating a Job Description and Person Specification (HR5 form) and I'm not quite sure what the "R" stands for in the following segment:

School/Department:

Chemistry

Post Title:

Lecturer in Electrochemistry

Please enter Level under appropriate Career Pathway ERE TAE MSA CAO R.Nurse Clinical



I've found the other abbreviations quite easily but I'm a bit lost with the "R" bit... any ideas?
