You have the meaning right, but you neglected some of the setup. The bad guy says that the girl tried to initiate sex with him at a party and that she seems to do this with every boy at school. He says, "If there is a guy at Bayview that you have not tried that with, I would love to meet him."
At that point, a computer nerd raises his hand. (Indicating to me that she has NOT tried that with him.)
The bad guy comments, to the girl, "There you go...." meaning that she should try to initiate sex with the computer nerd.

At least, that is how *I* read the passage.
