: Простите, но под промышленным производством может подразумеваться и легкая промышленность.

Теоретически — да, может, но не будем забывать про контекст (очень ограниченный, но какой уж есть). «Легкая промышленность, электроэнергетика, нефтесервисные услуги» — нет ли здесь чего-то лишнего? ;)
