| thanks MB, but as the link says: Wie zich uiteindelijk sterk maakt, gaat dus de verbintenis aan dat hij de instemming van de derde (diegene voor wie hij zich sterk maakte) zal bekomen met wat hij beloofde. De derde zelf is door die belofte echter niet gebonden. Hij blijft vrij om naderhand al dan niet zijn instemming te geven. So he can't actually guarantee anything, just do his best, like a best-efforts commitment |
