Se refiere a un aparato para las protésis bucal. Mi búsqueda no resuelve el asunto.
En el texto sale así: "Análisis de Modelo Desdentado Parcial con Tangensiómetro"
Mi búsqueda dio más respuestas para "tangenciómetro" con C en vez de S pero aún así no pude encontrar una traducción.

In the UK I think it's called a 'dental surveyor', which is the term I would use.
