Obrigada pelos esclarecimentos, Ana! A questão aqui é que, ao chegar a essa tradução, encontrei também outros doumentos do mesmo cliente que utilizam precisamente o termo «Intercâmbio de apostas». Por isso, considerei que deveria manter a tradução já utilizada... Mas, mais uma vez, obrigada!

@Gabriela Poderá não ter escolhido a melhor opção. Não se trata de intercâmbio de apostas. É um sítio onde é possível fazer apostas. Traduzir "exchange" por "intercâmbio" neste contexto poderá não ser boa ideia...
