I found one instance of such a language on the net. It regards a relationship between a company and various types of subcontractors (a Community of translators, etc), i.e., outside agents, not employees., who are requested to provide a large amount of personal information. If these potential subcontractors have any concerns regarding the protection of their personal data, they may enquire about the company's GDPR offering and submit their questions to the company website.
As I read that webpage, the offering reads to me like "polityka w zakresie ROMO/zgodność z polityką w zakresie ROMO," that is, what we have to offer iwith regard to GDPR.

To już śpieszę się dodać więcej kontekstu. Firma zajmuje się głównie grami, a wcześniejszy akapit mówi o zabezpieczeniach stosowanych przy przesyłaniu danych osobowych poza EOG. To do tego odnoszą się "appropriate safeguards" w podanym przez mnie fragmencie.
