When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

Affidavit is often translated as "declaración jurada", but I've read (I can't remember the reference right now) that it's probably best to use the Spanish "afidávit" or the Latin "affidavit", because an affidavit in common law is a specific type of sworn statement format.
