BP 133/83 mm hg, HR 65 bpm, sO2 97% in AA
PA vm normal, without roughness
CVA tones present without murmur, irregular pulse
Abdomen soft and yielding, without pain
Lower limbs with bilateral edemas
Godet signal extending to the knees
Poor circulation, erythemas with scabs on anterior face of PERAS
Tests ordered, ECG, Chest X-ray
