Following up, since the source language is Hebrew, תעודת מחצית is an expression usually used in high school or lower, but not in higher education. And then the common expression used is 'report card', unless usage has changed since I lived there.

Are you sure about "te'uda"? The asker is American. Americans translate "te'uda" as "report card", even though literally "teuda" might more commonly mean "certificate". I don't know what other English speakers do. The asker didn't provide context, but if it's kids getting their grades, it's a report card. American kids don't get a "certificate" every semester. I would translate "Second Semester Report Card".
