How would you guys translate the sentence "Call it ramen for the tropics"? I am assuming it means it is a stronger ramen...

Soki are pork spare ribs simmered in awamori (a strong type of shochu), soy sauce and sugar.
They are placed in noodle soup topped with scallions and pickled ginger.
Call it ramen for the tropics.

Thanks!

El ramen tropical

I believe they are referring to the fact that it is a speciality of the South of Okinawa, which is sub tropical.

You could also say ¨Es el ramen de la zona tropical¨
