Italian term

secondo le procedure previste

Italian to English Law/Patents Law (general) Data protection legislation
"Gli interessati, ricorrendone i presupposti, hanno il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza di Monte Citorio 121, 00186 Roma), quale autorità di controllo secondo le procedure previste."

I have a little experience with the GDPR, and usually a privacy policy simply states that data subjects have the right to appeal to the relevant data protection authority at the given address if they believe the processing of their data is contrary to the GDPR. Is "secondo le procedure previste" simply the usual Italian "dead wood", or would you go for a literal translation here?

Depending on the context of your Privacy Policy (retail vs B2B webside or ther context), you can also "according to".

neutral writeaway : in accordance with is standard legalese but you have over-translated by replacing le procedure previste with GDPR.
