I'm translating an auction house's 'mandat de vente' in which the client is authorising the auction house to sell items belonging to him. In a section entitled 'Honoraires, frais & taxes', I have the following paragraph: 'Si la valeur et / ou le prix de vente aux enchères d'une œuvre est inférieure à 10 % de la *valeur d'achat* du contrat A : des frais de 0,43 % calculés sur la valeur d'achat de l'œuvre au titre des frais de garde et de conservation seront prélevés'.
