The above guarantees of vibration state of turbo generator are not valid in following cases:
−If mechanical balancing of generator rotor is worse than class G2.5 acc. to ISO1940-1
−turbine dynamic condition will get worse due to operation inconsistent with turbine and generator operation manuals,
- excessive absolute bearings will be excited as a result of generator generic electromagnetic vibration at twice the line frequency (100 Hz)
−other factors not depended on GE.
The Supplier guarantees that new delivered equipment of turbine parts will be designed in terms of acoustic properties to achieve maximum level of noise not higher than 85 dB(A) if measured in accordance with ISO3744 and ISO3746 in a distance of 1m from turbine modules, on height of 1,5m above the foundation level and under condition that the same is achieved during test before retrofit.
