German to English Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright Switzerland
This is a Swiss trademark application, and one of the fields says: Markentyp - Kombimarke. I somehow can't find a proper English term, although it should be standard terminology. Any ideas anybody? Thanks!

Right you are A combined mark can also just consist of several word components, for instance (but no figurative element).

Be sure to look up what types of trademark components they are. If you cannot figure it out, put "combined mark". Sorry if I am just saying the overly obvious here. Word/device mark, as Karolin assumes, is only one out of a few scenarios conceivable.

This is a trademark registration. Only one company is involved.

the references are confusing me as to the appropriate context. Are there several companies involved in the application (registration)? Or is this the applqué referred to in the second reference?
