interest on deposit
My understanding is: There is statutory duty for the landlord holding kauce=jistina=jistota (deposit) to pay interest on it. This clause seems to reverse this burden in case of being in arrears with rent, so the lessee has to pay it instead. Not a lawyer, so not 100% sure I understood correctly.
