kuptohet (in this context)

Albanian to English Law/Patents Law (general) criminal proceedings
I have "kuptohet" in a couple of sentences where the meaning isn't obvious - "naturally" or "of course" doesn't fit into the context. Possibly: "it is known" or "it becomes known". I am quite sure there are better solutions.

Discussion

Ledja Feb 18, 2019:
It's such a hard call ...and an unfair one, in many ways, to try and deliver a translation that does not sound as botched as the source material, yet keep faithful to its incoherent ramblings at times. Been there, done that, and left a note to state when sentences were beyond "salvation".

Helping them with other readability issues, for instance 60 lines of text without a full stop, I have to change a lot of commas to full stop and new sentence.
MSc Jonis Buzi Feb 12, 2019:
I agree But it will still affect the readability.
On the other hand, the judge needs to have an idea of what type of low-quality language they use in the source text. You can choose any of the suggestions provided by other colleagues.
larserik (asker) Feb 12, 2019:
I was very much tempted... to follow Jonis's advice and ignore this word. But I changed my mind. If the court or its secretary uses a word out of context it's not up to me to ´help´ them by ignoring it.

obviously / it is obvious/self-evident that

The literal translation would actually be "it is understood that", or at times, "understandably", but these don't exactly fit in the provided sentences.

do not translate it at all

There is no logical reason why that word should be there in the first place.
I would not translate it at all, since the court does not judge based on 'what is obvious' but based on what is proven to be true.
