Thanks Tom, but as it stands the Asker said "Corona protésica completa con ESPIGA" with espiga being the trouble word.

En castellano pernos dentales, espigas intraradiculares o postes. Dental post en inglés. Se trata de una estructura inserta en la raíz de un diente parcialmente conservado. Es distinto de un implante, donde el diente original se extrae y se sustituye. Ver por ejemplo una explicación clara aquí;
