English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Warunki dostawy

Supplier is permitted to pass through applicable sales taxes (including VAT) or any other taxes or government fees imposed on the sale of the Products to any purchaser to whom it sells the Products directly if such purchaser does not furnish reseller certificates or other documentation of exemption and is not otherwise exempt from the payment of such taxes or fees under the laws of the country in which the products are being furnished to the purchaser.
