Perhaps, cpt stands for 'concept' as in 'conceptdatum'?

Ik heb een notaris gebeld. cpt = datum van opmaak (de datum waarop er met het document is begonnen).

De afkorting zelf is niet te verklaren, gaf de notaris aan.

agree Barend van Zadelhoff : Ik heb toevallig precies de notaris gebeld van de referentie van Kitty: cpt = datum van opmaak - created on date (lijkt me hetzelfde als 'conceptdatum') / Person below seems to agree with you.
