Otázka je, zda existuje Wilcoxonův párový t-test, potom to ale určitě není Wilcoxon signed rank test

"Should not be confused with" is one of the commonest phrases in statistics :)
It's definitely paired data that they're dealing with here.
In the this link, I find “párový Wilcoxonův (Wilcoxon signed rank) test”.
Similarly, I find “Wilcoxonův párový test (signed-rank test)” here:

So I'm inclining towards "Wilcoxon signed-rank test".
