Italian term

neoconformati

Italian to English Medical Medical (general) ENT laryngoscopy
Description of laryngoscopy findings:

"Mediante FLS a fibre flessibili, si visualizza la trachea fino alla regione carenale, non apprezzando secrezioni patologiche, corpi estranei o tessuti neoconformati."

What does "neoconformato" mean/how do I translate this in the above sentence? This word looks like it's related to "neoformazione" which I would translate as "neoformation" or "neoplasm" ... just want to make sure I'm not missing something else.

Thanks again for your help.

I think you’re right because Neoplasia is a new growth. This is a neologism as comparing with politics we can say that is a new growth too as in the neoconservatives new ideas have grown.
Neoconservative tissues would be the translation, but neoplastic tissues already exists. Then, this is my option as neoconservative would be a neologism.
