Lara, So this is about baccalauréat? I wouldn't know, but there are quite a few Éducation nationale sites (if your doc is from France) which have examens, concours et recrutements ASS as a header and then discuss grades, etc. (e.g. http://publinet.ac-grenoble.fr/publinet/notes?idBaseSession=... ) It's part of the Notes obtenues aux examens, concours et recrutements ASS section of the site (go back one page), that lists all sorts of bac-type exams. Hope this helps.

administratifs, sociaux et de santé ? ASS refers to the three previous terms: examens, concours et recrutements ASS as described here: https://www.education.gouv.fr/cid112194/les-concours-et-recr... Would that make sense in your context? If so, "non-teaching staff" could perhaps cover ASS?

Since it mentions marks received then a work placement doesn't seem to make much sense. A "concours de recrutement" seems to refer to a general competitive examination for recruitment, and has been translated as such on the UN careers website. Therefore, I would suggest incorporating "examens, concours et recrutements" together as "competitive recruitment examinations".

neutral AllegroTrans : I for one don't know what "social sectors" are; unless we are talking of social clubs, then something like "social welfare" is needed here
