That is, Signed-Not Ready deals are deals that are on hold status for purposes of the highest efficiency, best client experience, ideal communication with the owner, and achieving growth goals.
Examples:The owner's home is currently occupied by a long-term renter that will be in the home for at least 30 daysThe owner is performing renovations on the home that will take four weeks to completeHomes with compliance issues, such as permitting delays, may be moved into the Onboarding pipeline as usual once all pre-boarding responsibilities are complete.

Entiendo que se trata de casas donde se firmó un acuerdo pero no están listas para ofrecer en alquiler, pero consulto por si existe un término concreto en el rubro real estate.
